Why are the custom engravings so expensive?Trust me if I could get the cost down I would, but here's why: They are custom programs so they end up taking custom ops, taking time away from making standard parts. Usually I print parts in bulk to be cost effective, with custom engraved blades I only print one at a time. They are meticulously hand painted. It takes a very long time and a very steady hand with how small the lettering is. Mistakes can result in re-printing the entire trainer blade They are then hand sanded up the grits. No one likes sanding. That shit takes a lot of time, and I'm already developing nerve damage in my wrists. Lol maybe I should just do laser.

How come the trainer blades only have two options? I want a funky coloured trainer bladeI wanted to keep things concise. Timing margins are so tight on my end that adding coloured trainer blades would cut productivity by about 30% believe it or not. As well as black and white look good with basically everything.

Why is my order taking so long?Great question! Every one of my products is currently made to order so making them takes time. Normally I make things in batches to be efficient (make an entire drop's orders at once). It may seem like a simple process but trust me, if I could make more and make them faster I would. Sometimes there are hang ups when working that push production back and that eats up the time I have to work on orders. I'm also currently a one person team so if something happens to me things get delayed again. I promise I work as fast as I can though!

Can I get an update on my order?If you DM me on instagram @tay.flipper or email me at info@tayflipper.com I can try to offer some info as best as I can. But normally it's not very exciting and I'm just working on it. Normally you will get two emails. One for order confirmation, one for shipping with a tracking number once your order ships.
